The Windward Carpentry Award program recognizes the most vital qualities a Windward carpenter can possess: craftsmanship, efficiency, and safeguard. These qualities each symbolize one leg of a three-legged stool; if one of these traits is missing, the stool will fall. The awards are based on performance, attitude, and the ability to teach, work with, and learn from those around you.
The Windward Above & Beyond Award recognizes employees who have demonstrated outstanding and continued leadership, can-do attitude, and customer service.
