Windward considers home maintenance a necessary, preventive measure in keeping your home operating at peak ability. Early detection of a malfunction helps prevent “big-ticket” repairs, and scheduled, routine maintenance relieves homeowners of the burden of coordinating and executing multiple home care needs throughout the year.

No. Whether you live in a condominium, vintage “fixer-upper,” new construction or somewhere in-between, Windward can tailor our program to fit your home’s size and needs.

What does the Windward Home Maintenance & Service program include?
Your annual membership includes access to “Windward’s 24/7 Emergency Helpline” for emergency home repair needs, a first-year home evaluation from a Windward professional, including written report, and scheduled visits throughout the year to complete most all of your home maintenance needs. We’ll even send you reminders prior to each visit. This equals peace of mind for you.

What if other repair needs are uncovered during my home visits?
Should your home evaluation or scheduled maintenance visits uncover any other home repair needs, Windward can service those as well. We’ll work with our network of qualified trade professionals to coordinate and complete those repairs for you, independent of your annual membership contract.

How long will each scheduled visit take?
For each semi-annual visit, a Windward Service Technician and a taskforce of professionals will spend the day at your home. Should they complete your scheduled work early, they will offer to assist with other home maintenance tasks of your choosing.

How do I enroll in the program?
It’s easy. Simply return the sheet entitled, “Yes! I’m interested in Home Maintenance.” A representative from our Home Maintenance & Service team will contact you to set up a brief, on-site consultation, answer any questions and help complete your membership should you decide to join the program.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Windward accepts Visa, Master Card, cash or personal check. You may pay for the program in one installment or spread your payments out over the year.
