Semi-Annual Home Maintenance Membership Includes:
- A home evaluation from a Windward professional, complete with written report. (First year of program.)
- An in-home consultation with a Windward Home Maintenance & Service Manager to detail and explain the results of your home inspection.
- Semi-annual, scheduled visits from a Windward Home Service Technician and a task force of professionals to handle your routine home maintenance, seasonal readiness needs and preventive home care.
- Access to “Windward’s 24/7 Emergency Helpline” for immediate response to emergency home repair needs.*
- Priority scheduling for other home repair/service needs.
Custom Menu Options for Home Maintenance Members:
- Prepare your home for sale, move-in or move-out.
- Safeguard your home prior to your extended absence.
- Provide professional supervision of your home while you’re away.
- Tailor a custom menu to suit one-time or seasonal-only needs.
- Coordinate and schedule qualified, reputable trades to your home for other service/repair needs.
- Provide a maintenance professional to tackle your own custom to-do list.
- Provide other labor needs such as heavy lifting, furniture placement, etc.

Semi-Annual Scheduled Home Maintenance Membership Services:
Fall/Winter Services
- Maintain sump pump and battery back-up. Fill basement drains.
- Clean and check smoke/CO detectors, replace batteries.*
- Vacuum HVAC registers.
- Clean and check furnace and humidifier; replace filters.*
- Tighten cabinet and door hardware, lubricate door locks as needed.
- Remove snow and ice build-up from roof. (Time allotted is for normal winter conditions.)
- Check appliance/data outlets as used for hazards, test GFCIs.
- Ready garage for winter: replace keypad batteries, ready heater, etc.*
- Clean dryer vents.
- Inspect fascia & soffits for damage.
- Inspect chimney for loose screens & evidence of masonry cracks.
- Customer choice with any remaining time and ability to execute by field personnel.
Spring/Summer Services
- Maintain sump pump and battery back-up.
- Clean and check smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, replace batteries.*
- Tighten bathroom hardware and replace caulking around tub/shower as needed. *.
- Vacuum bathroom fans and refrigerator coils.
- Inspect exterior caulk and replace as needed.*
- Power wash choice of patio, playground equipment, or deck.
- Customer choice with any time remaining and ability to execute by field personnel.
* We will be happy to use your own replacement supplies, including light bulbs and filters, or you may purchase them through Windward.
